I haven't heard any dissing Ash's style, but there's a lot of dissing Adell's style. They're basically the same person too. A tad boring, little sense of humor, serious, kind hearted, sensitive--both very cute--less annoying than Laharl...know mean? I'm just find it a tad bit strange...

Ok I understand Adell (even though I personally liked him) but Ash boring? Even though Walnut WAS my favorite character in Phantom Brave, I believe that Ash drove the story along more then any other character in the game (even more so than Marona). Plus his Rising Dragon is one of the best attacks in the game (as is Vulcan Blaze for Adell).

Ok, now with that said, you're right it is a bit strange that overall the too of them had the exact same personality (heck if gloves were weapons in Phantom Brave Ash probably woulda used them too)! I'm hoping they don't make another character like this, but then again if it's not broken don't fix it!
